PURPOSE:To more enhance the purifying capacity of sewage by effectively propagating aerobic' bacteria in a microbiological treatment tank by controlling the pressure feed capacity of a water pressure feed means circulating the water in a water tank on the basis of the signal from an air flow detection means. CONSTITUTION:When the circulating circuit system of the water of a water tank for fish is normal in the purifying operation of sewage, an air flow detection means 22 detects that air flow is generated in an air inflow path 20 and a circulating pump 9 is rotated at the low speed of a steady time. When the flow resistance of the circulating circuit system is increased by the excretion or leftover feed of fish and a circulating flow rate is lowered, the detection means 22 detects that water enters the air inflow path 20 and the pump 9 is rotated at the high speed in an abnormal time. As a result, the circulating flow rate is increased and the inflow of air from an air supply means 5 is restored. The pump 9 is rotated at high speed until the cause of abnormality is removed and becomes the low speed rotation of the steady time when the cause is removed.
