<p>A poultry harvester 110 in which the pick-up assembly 16 comprises three star-form rotors 11,12,13. In operation, the pick-up assembly lifts poultry on to the conveyor 18 as one of the rear rotors 12,13 co-rotates with the front rotor 11 and the other rear rotor contra-rotates.
