PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weight spoiler easy to mold and requiring no assembling of a protector by constituting an outer member with a skin layer, a foam layer and a foaming substrate layer, heat-melting an inner member mixed with foaming beads and the foaming substrate layer of the outer member, and fixing fitting tools to the inner member. CONSTITUTION:A spoiler 1 consists of an outer member 10 and an inner member 2, and the outer member 10 is constituted of three layer sheets of a skin layer 11, a foam layer 12 and a foaming substrate layer 13. Fitting tools 22 are integrally fixed at the lower section of a synthetic resin molding mixed with the inner member 2 and foaming beads 21, and the foaming substrate layer 13 of the outer member 10 and the inner member 2 are heat-melted. The outer member 10 is constituted of the thin skin layer 11, the porous light-weight foam layer 12 and the foaming substrate layer 13, the inner member 2 is mixed with the foaming beads 21 and is light-weight, no metal bracket is required to be provided, thus the light-weight spoiler l can be obtained. The soft foam layer 12 is provided, the skin layer 11 has elasticity, and no damage is given to the coated face of a vehicle. |
