PURPOSE:To maintain stabilized culturing state while preventing pollution of a cultured medium by separating a culture medium housing space and pressure fluid pressing space and feeding the culture medium and pressure fluid under pressure by other pressure feed means. CONSTITUTION:A housing space 7 is formed of a tubular cylinder 22 equipped with a corrosion resistant liner 16 on the circumference part and upper cover 12 and lower cylinder 28 fitted to upper and lower both openings thereof and a pressure space 52 is formed of a piston 37 and lower cover 13. A culture medium is fed to the space 7 under pressure by pressure feed means 70 and pressure fluid is fed to the space 52 under pressure by a pressure feed means 80. |
