<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a twist of a cord in an electrical appliance and a temperature rise in a device by winding a cord, provided with a plug socket for inserting a power supply plug of the electrical appliance in one end, onto a winding frame, and connecting the other end of the cord to a rotational side of a slip ring mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A plug 1 is inserted to a receptacle in a room, a cord 2b, to which a plug socket 3 is mounted, is drawn out by a predetermined length from a winding frame 4, and a plug of an electrical appliance is inserted to the plug socket 3. Since a cord 2a in a power supply side is electrically connected to a cord 2b in an electrical appliance side by a slip ring mechanism, also the plug 1 and the plug socket 3 are not rotated, even when the winding frame 4 is rotated, to prevent the cords 2a, 2b from twisting accordingly with no necessity such as inserting/drawing out the plug. Since the inside of a main unit 5 is forcedly cooled by arranging a cooling fan 11 in the cord reel device main unit 5, the cords 2a, 2b in the device main unit 5 are prevented from being overheated, accordingly also preventing a temperature rise in the main unit.</p> |
