<p>In this device, one (1) of the two shafts (1, 2), or first shaft (1), is driven by means of a belt (5) connected to the crankshaft (4), acting in co-operation with a pulley keyed to this first shaft (1). The two ends (30, 31) of a connecting rod (3) are pivot-mounted on the two shafts (1, 2) respectively, in such a way that the first shaft (1), which is being driven in rotation by the crankshaft (4), drives the other shaft (2) or second shaft in the contrary direction of rotation.
