In this way, also a reduction amount of the volume V of the amount of oil corresponding to the residual running distance S is decreased. Here, an oil amount volume V(n), corresponding to the residual running distance at this time is obtained as in the expression. In a low speed time control command value creating part 23, a control current command value I(n) is obtained based on the volume V(n) obtained from this expression, and the valve is controlled based on this control current command value.
