PURPOSE:To make the planning, designing and construction of a building easier, improve the rentability rate, and make the change, etc., of a pipeline for system connection after the construction extremely simple by a method wherein an open-air hallway such as a colonnade is specifically provided on the external side of the outer wall, and various types of shafts are made to penetrate the open-air hallway along the external side of the outer wall, and are supported. CONSTITUTION:An air supply duct 21 for air-conditioning is arranged on an external wall 6, and penetrates an open-air hallway 15, and supported and fixed by the open-air hallway 15. An air-conditioner 30 and an exhauster for ventilation 40 are arrange-fixed in the open-air hallway 15 where is close to rooms on each floor. Therefore, the planning and designing, etc., become extremely easy, temporary construction work, etc., is reduced, and simultaneous construction becomes possible. Since the pipeline such as an intake duct 32 or exhaust duct 42, etc., is made to be linear, and the length can be minimized, it can be contributed to the reduction of construction time and improvement of rentability rate. After the construction, the major components of an air-conditioner are arrange-fixed in the outdoor open-air hallway 15, and the intake duct 32 or exhaust duct 42, etc., are short, and therefore, maintenance or replacement and repair for them, or change, etc., of piping/wiring equipment position accompanying with re-arrangement or re-furnishing of a room can be extremely easily performed. |
