PURPOSE:To offer a cylindrical solid electrolytic fuel cell whose diameter is small and whose power generation amount per volume unit is large, by boring a dried inside electrode material, and forming an inside electrode material layer of a desired thickness, and then, baking the entire cell. CONSTITUTION:A thin circular tube shape sold electrolyte 2 whose outer diameter is 5mm and whose wall thickness is 100mum, is formed, and baked. Next, rough granules (40mum) and fine granules (1mum) are mixed, and a binder and a surface active agent are added, and LaSrMnO3 air electrode 1 non-contractile slurry is filled into the electrolyte 2 and dried. Next, the air electrode material is bored so that the layer thickness of the dried air electrode 1 becomes 500mum, and processing is done so that the bore inner diameter becomes 3.8mm. Afterwards, YSZ rough granules (40mum) and NiO fine granules (1mum) are mixed, and a binder and a surface active agent are added, and fuel electrode 3 non- contractile slurry is applied to the outside of the electrolyte 2 and dried, and lastly, the entire cell is baked. |
