PURPOSE:To reduce the height of a main body, make the main body thin, and improve the reflection efficiency of this illumination apparatus by fitting both end sections of a light control body to both end sections of the apparatus main body via fitting tools respectively, and supporting the light control body on the radiation opening of the main body. CONSTITUTION:Fixing tools 14 inserted into insertion holes 15 of fitting tools 10 are screwed and hooked to screw holes 16 of both end sections 4 of an apparatus main body 1, and the fitting tools 10 are fitted to both end sections 4 of the main body 1. Fixing tools 20 are inserted into insertion holes 21 of both end sections 21 of a cover body 17 and screwed and hooked to mating screw holes 22 of the fitting tools 10, and the cover body 17 is fitted to the fitting tools 10. The cover body 17 is fitted and supported on the radiation opening 2 of the main body 1 via the fitting tools 10. When the cover body 17 is fitted to the main body 1, no hinge or no latch metal is fitted to the side section 7 of the main body 1, thus no height space is required to fit a hinge or a latch metal to the side section 7, the main body 1 can be made thin, and the reflection efficiency of a reflecting plate 3 fitted in the main body 1 can be improved. |
