PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a work for passing a spoilage plate at the time of starting the operation and to improve workability by supplying a developer at least once during the time from the start before a processable state is attained and operating a development accelerating means. CONSTITUTION:A temp. control mechanism operates simultaneously when a main switch is first turned on. A preheating roller 5, the developer in a developer supplying tank 12, the developer in a developing tank 9, and the air for drying are then adjusted up to prescribed temps. A brush roller 16, paired rollers 17, and squeezing rollers 18 are rotated for a prescribed period before the insertion of a photosensitive planographic printing plate to the automatic developing machine is started. The developer is then supplied via a roller 17 to the roller 16 and the dried matter sticking to the roller 17 is removed by the friction with the roller 17. The photosensitive planographic printing plate is inserted from the left end of the device after the end of the washing and is preheated by the roller 5; thereafter, the developer is applied on the plate by a developer supplying member 6 and the plate is immersed into the developer in the developing tank 9. The plate surface is rubbed with the roller 16 after the emergence from the tank 9 and the sticking developer, eluted components, etc., are removed by the roller 18. The photosensitive planographic printing plate is then transported to a washing section 2, rinsing gum section 3, drying section 4. |
