PURPOSE:To manufacture a large area film positive electrode and make a positive electrode collecting body unnecessary for a battery, and conduct high density filling and obtain high energy density and high power density, by painting on a conductive base a positive electrode active matter precursor body solution consisting of a specific solution. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode active matter precursor body solution consisting of at least one kind of a solution selected from the group of a vanadium organic solvent solution, a vanadium or manganese alchorate organic solvent solution and a vanadium or manganese oxysalt solution, is prepared. This solution is painted on an SUS304 positive electrode plate, and dries, and then, a vanadium pentaoxide film 40 is made by repeating this process, and next, it is conducted with heat treatment, and the positive electrode 10 is obtained. For the negative electrode 20, a SUS304 plate which is press-welded with lithium 60 and made to be an alloy of lithium-aluminum in an electrolytic liquid, is used, and a propylene carbonate and dimethoxyethane solvent with LiClO4 dissolved in it, is used as an electrolytic liquid, and polyethylene non-woven fabric id used for a separator, and thus a battery assembled. |
