<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the starting operating of an engine at the time of an engine stop by detecting the engine stop, when it occurs, and switching a key switch to start position, thereby connecting a clutch or separating the clutch to rotate a starting motor. CONSTITUTION:During the operation of a vehicle, an engine stop judging part 17 judges whether the rotating speed of an engine 1 is lowered to zero or not in the case where a key switch 9 is in ON position, and when an engine stop state occurs, and the level of its output line 17a is switched from 'L' to 'H', a driver simply switches a key switch 19 to start position, whereby the level of the output line 18a of an AND gate is turned to 'H'. Thus, a clutch 3 is automatically turned to OFF state by an actuator 16, and when its OFF state is confirmed by a stroke sensor 20, a switch 15 is closed. Consequently, an operating current is sent to a starting motor 2 from a battery 10 through a key switch 9 and a relay switch 7 to start the engine 1.</p> |
