<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent cerebral circulation metabolism improver strengthening anti-reserpine action and blood viscosity improving action, comprising a 2-morphoplinylmethyl group-lactam as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:An excellent cerebral circulation metabolism improver comprising a compound shown by formula I (R<1> and R<2> are H, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, or bonded to form alkylene or alkylenedioxy; R<3> is H or alkyl; X is CH2, O or S) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof such as 3,4-dihydro-1-[(2- morphoplinyl)methyl]-2(1H)-quinolone maleate as an active ingredient. The compound shown by formula I is obtained by reacting a lactam compound shown by formula II with a morpholine derivative shown by formula III (Y is halogen or sulfonyloxy; R<4> is amino-protecting group) and then protecting or reacting the compound shown by formula II with a compound shown by formula TV (R<3a> is alkyl).</p> |
