PURPOSE:To obtain a good molded product having high strength by winding a prepreg by applying sufficient pressure thereto at the winding time of the prepreg. CONSTITUTION:An inner collar 2, an inner packing 3, a cap 4, an outer packing 5 and an outer collar 6 all of which have a cylindrical shape having almost same wall thickness are successively fitted to a mandrel 1. Next, an adhesive 8 is applied to the outer peripheral surface 4a of the cap 4 and a prepreg 7 is wound around the inner and outer collars 2, 6, the inner and outer packing 3, 5 and the cap 4 in predetermined thickness in series. The prepreg 7 is heated and cured simultaneously with the winding thereof or after winding to form an FRP cylinder having the cap 4 integrated therewith. |
