<p>PURPOSE:To produce superhigh-strength concrete having high quality at low cost by crushing the waste material of a ceramic tile and regulating the particle size and mixing the same with cement paste. CONSTITUTION:The waste material of a ceramic tile is crushed and the particle size is regulated. High-strength concrete is produced by using this waste material as main aggregate and mixing it with cement paste contg. portland cement, sand, a water reducing agent and water, etc. In such a way, ceramic tile is large in frictional resistance of the surface and is good in the adhesive properties to cement paste and broken at acute angle. Since the sticking face for cement paste is mechanically engaged and compression strength is large and also the ceramic tile is chemically stabilized, high-strength concrete is easily formed. Further, as the ceramic tile, in the case of considering the degree of water absorption, stoneware tile or porcelain tile is suitable which has the degree of water absorption less than pottery tile.</p> |
