PURPOSE:To obtain the subject copolymer useful for a pipe fitting, an OA instrument housing and a film, etc., having excellent fluidity in processing, softening temperature, impact strength, heat resistance, flexibility and transparency by copolymerizing a specific allyl ester and vinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION:An allyl ester expressed by formula I (m is 2, 4 or 5; n is 1-500) is copolymerized with vinyl chloride preferably in a molar ratio of 0.01:99.99-50:50 to afford the aimed copolymer containing 0.01-50mol% monomer unit expressed by formula II and 50-99.99mol% monomer unit derived from vinyl chloride. |
