PURPOSE:To use a waveform observation result for a simulation pattern at the time of developing a gate array by transforming observed waveform information into information following a prescribed format after once transforming the waveform information into turning point coding pattern information. CONSTITUTION:When observed waveform information 1 is inputted to a data transformation processing section 2, the waveform information is transformed into turning point coding pattern information 3 by using the value of the data of one longitudinal grid as the information 1 as one pattern. When the information 3 is inputted to an operating system transformation processing section 4, a format file 6 following the format of another operating system is prepared. When the observed waveform information is transformed into the format of another operating system after the waveform information is once transformed into the turning point coding pattern information in such way, the waveform information is used for the simulation pattern to be used at the time of developing a gate array. |
