PURPOSE:To improve the extent of mobility by installing each of two crawlers symmetrically at both sides of a running gear, and connecting each of two symmetrical crawlers to each coupling box installed in front and in the rear of a central part of the running gear with parallel links and so on. CONSTITUTION:This running gear is provided with four crawlers 1a-1d symmetrically by twos right and left, and these four crawlers 1a-1d are connected to each coupling box 4 installed in front and in the rear of a central part of the running gear with those of link 2a and 2b, 2c and 2d, 2e and 2f plus 2g and 2h installed parallelly each. This coupling box 4 is supported free of turning motion on a workbench 6 by a turning shaft installed eccentrically nearer to the central part of the running gear. A traveling motor 7 is attached to each of crawlers 1a-1d, making each speed control in a c.w. or c.c.w. direction performable separately, thus rotational frequency in these crawlers 1a-1d is made so as to be optionally settable. With this constitution, a spin turn and traverse motion are also freely performable, not to mention rectilinear travel and curve running and, what is more, they are freely travelable in an optional manner even at a narrow working area. |
