<p>PURPOSE:To enable adjustment of time by voice analyzing a reference time supplied by a time informing service, and classifying the present time get from the result into four kinds of signal necessary for adjusting the time of digital clock. CONSTITUTION:The basic message of '117' dialing time information service is that 'it will be X hour, Y minute, Z second soon after the signal tone is over', wherein X is a numeral showing hour, Y a numeral showing minute and Z a numeral showing second in Japanese. The numerical data of time/ minute/second extracted by DSP is expressed by the total of sound combinations with '0' - '9' of PB signals. PB signal lines PB0 - PB11 received via a communication circuit 14 are A/D converted and also converted into 4-bit BCD code 35. When the first signal PB1 showing second is received, the BCD code 35 is set in a binary-down counter 38 and a counting pulse line P3 is sent to the side of digital clock 18 by the value of the reception signal. The time adjustment operation taking time in the case of a digital clock can be made easily by means of a device with a terminal and an overwelmingly accurate time setting can also be made possible.</p> |
