<p>PURPOSE:To output a cell to a switch element at the right side from a selection means by storing the cell to a FIFO when a comparator means and the FIFO detect the coincidence between an outgoing HW number included in a tag of the cell inputted from an incoming HW and an outgoing HW number stored in an outgoing HW number storage means. CONSTITUTION:An outgoing HW number setting cell generator 20 inputs an outgoing HW number setting cell to a SW00 through a selector SEL0. The generator 20 gives a switching signal to each of selectors SEL0-SEL3 which are selected to select the cell. An outgoing HW number setting discrimination bit of a tag is inputted to an outgoing HW number setting cell discriminator 31. The discriminator 31 discriminates that the outgoing HW number setting discrimination bit is set to 1. The content of an outgoing HW number part of the tag fed to an outgoing HW number latch 32 is latched by the latch 32 by a discrimination output of the discriminator 31. The cell is fed to a tag adder 35 and the content of the outgoing HW number part is incremented by the discrimination output of the discriminator 31 and the result is outputted to a selector 37. Since the selector 37 selects the outgoing HW number setting cell with an output of the discriminator 31, the cell is outputted to a succeeding SW01.</p> |
