PURPOSE:To efficiently perform a required offset copying by displaying the position of paper offset onto a paper-feeding tray device according to the setting of the amount of copying offset, and adjusting the position of the paper on the paper-feeding tray device according to the display. CONSTITUTION:A required binding margin is selected with a key 177 for setting the amount of offset, and the biding margin is set to the front side F or the rear side R with a key 178 for setting a binding margin direction. Parts 301 and 302 for displaying the amount of offset, which parts are provided on the flat parts 32a and 33a, respectively, of the manually guiding members 32 and 33, respectively, of a manually paper-feeding tray 31, are lit. Copying paper P is placed between the guiding members 32 and 33 so that one side of the copying paper P abuts on an abutting part 32b. In this condition, the position of the member 32 is so adjusted that the lighting part of the part 302 for displaying the amount of offset where lighting part shows the required size of the binding margine is aligned with the other side of the copying paper P. Thus, the required offset copying is efficiently performed. |
