摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To implement congestion control reflecting congestion in a repeater onto its END-TO-END LAPD protocol by providing a unique communication protocol between the repeater and a PLCA. CONSTITUTION:PLCA communication control sections 49,47 are connected between a PSS and an SGC and inter-PLCA communication is implemented by using a packet signal SAP16 + an in-station communication signal. An SAP0 LAPD control section 45 of terminal equipments TE1-6 is connected to an SGC communication control section 42 via an SAP0LAPD control section 44, and the control section 45 and an LPR make communication by using an SAP0 in a path of control section 44 control section 42-DLCC communication control section 41. An SAP16LAPD control section 43 of the terminal equipments TE1-6 communicates with an SAP16LAPD control section 50 of a PLCA48 in the PSS by using an SAP 16 via control section 42-control section 41 control section 47-control section 49. Similarly, a simple LAPD control section 46 of a DLCC T makes communication with a simple LAPD control section 51 by a simple LAPD protocol.</p>
