<p>A 'V' cross section trough has belts running over its side checks at different speeds and in opposite directions. To produce a slipping action on the dough, improving its general characteristics and esp. strengthening the skin of the kneaded dough mass, the lower part of one side wall of the trough is an oscillating beam driven by parallel, adjustable throw cranks on a cakewalk action the axial speed of the beam being 0.25-0.20 of that of the belt running over it.</p> |
