<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture the transfusion container concerned by simple process wherein parison, in some part of the inner layer of which second thermoplastic synthetic resin presents intermittently, is produced by co-extruding non-rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin and the second thermoplastic synthetic resin and, after that, two liquid containment parts are produced by blow-molding with the second thermoplastic resin between and ports are respectively and protrusively provided to the containment parts and finally seam part is thermocompression-bonded. CONSTITUTION:Parison main body 11 consists mainly of non-rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin, the material of which withstands thermally sterilizing treatment by the temperature of 100 deg.C or higher and which is medically used at present, such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, copolymer of polypropylene and polyethylene or the like. Under the condition that the second thermoplastic synthetic resin is present intermittently onto the inner layer of the parison, two liquid containment parts 1 and 2 are produced from the parison 11 by blow molding in tandem to the axial direction of the parison so as to make the part, at which the second thermoplastic synthetic resin is present, of the parison as seam part. Finally, the seam part 13 is thermocompression-bonded so as to prevent the fluids in the containment parts from communicating to each other.</p> |
