<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with reinforcing a concrete body and absorb angular displacement of a ring support by providing a base plate and a bottom plate respectively having bolt holes, bolts, nuts, a piping fixing ring, and coil springs, and forming the bore of the bolt holes larger than the diameter of the bolts. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted out of a base plate 7 fixed on a concrete building body 3 and having bolt holes, a bottom plate 8 spacedly fitted in parallel onto the base plate 7 and having bolt holes 8A, bolts 9 vertically fixed on the concrete building body 3, nuts 10 threadedly engaged with the upper parts of the bolts 9, a piping fixing ring 11 fixed on the bottom plate 8, and coil springs 12 which are arranged around the bolts 9 between the base plate 7 and the bottom plate 8, and around the bolts 9 between the bottom plate and the nuts 10. The bore of the bolt hole 8A is formed larger than the diameter of the bolt 9. As a result of this, reinforcement of the concrete body is unnecessary and angular displacement generated on the ring support can be sufficiently absorbed.</p> |
