<p>PURPOSE:To neutralize hydrogen chloride liberated from waste plastic into calcium chloride, etc., which are removed by adding a specified amt. of soft waste plastic and a specified amt. of catalyst such as calcium hydroxide to molten plastic, heating and kneading the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A vegetable oil 3 contained in a pot 2 is heated to 110-180 deg.C by a heater 4 in stage 1. Waste plastic 6 is charged to the heated vegetable oil 3 as it is recovered without being crushed or cut in stage 5. A specified amt. of soft waste plastic 9 and a specified amt. of catalyst 10 such as calcium hydroxide are added to the molten plastic 8, the mixture is optimally heated to 220-300 deg.C by a heater 11 and kneaded by kneading screws 12 and 12, and the hydrogen chloride liberated from the molten plastic 8 is neutralized into calcium chloride, etc., and removed. The mixture obtained in the heating and kneading stage 7 is formed into a solid fuel in the specified shape by a forming device 14.</p> |
