PURPOSE:To safely and accurately select and execute the operation programs by discriminating the program file information from the normal on-line work information and dividing the file information into proper sizes to transfer them in parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION:A master station 10 sends intermittently or continuously the program file control information 12 and the divided program files 13 to a slave station 20 in the form of transfer programs based on the terminal control information 11. In this case, a communication circuit or a time band where the coefficient of utilization of LAN is kept low is selected for transfer of programs. Otherwise the programs are periodically transferred within such a range of the circuit using rate that exerts less influence on the on-line work. Thus the station 10 (CPU) can surely control the program of the station 20 (terminal equipment).
