PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the operation recognition test of total work processing programs by receiving an inputted telegram, reading a conversion procedure corresponding to the type of the telegram from a conversion table file, converting data on the telegram in accordance with the having read conversion procedure, checking the telegram and converting it in a unified telegram form. CONSTITUTION:A conversion table acquirement part 3-1 acquires a conversion table 5 from the conversion table file 4. A content form conversion part 3-2, a form inspection part 3-3 and a unity form logical telegram generation part 3-4 refer to the conversion table 5 while they execute processing. When the content form conversion part 3-2 is constituted by a bit image in accordance with the constitution and form of the telegram being the object of conversion 1, it converts data into logical significant data and extracts a data item unit when it is in a variable length form. The form inspection part 3-3 inspects exclusiveness, range appropriateness and effectiveness and transfers them to the unity form logical telegram generation part 3-4. It outputs a unity form logical telegram 6. Thus, program maintenance work becomes easy and a work quantity is reduced. |
