<p>PURPOSE:To reduce memory capacity and shorten the time required for developing software by providing first and second cycle setting circuits, first and second comparator circuits and a signal conversion circuit equipped with a shift register and a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the rise or fall edge of an externally inputted remote control waveform is detected by an edge detection circuit 1, an AND gate 14 is opened by a detection signal 12 and an internal clock 13 starts counting. When the edge of the next remote control waveform is detected, the value on a counter 4 during the time is compared to '0' or '1' cycle comparison data of the remote control waveform set in cycle setting circuits 8, 9 by a comparator circuits 2 and 3. When the comparison results are in coincidence, a coincidence signal 10 is outputted, and a set/reset flip-flop circuit 5 converts the comparison result into the '1' or '0' data to be written in a shift register 6 while controlling the number of shift times at the same time. Thus, the memory capacity can be reduced and the time required for developing software can be shortened.</p> |
