PURPOSE:To prepare the title film excellent in low-temp. anti-fogging properties and persistence of the properties by compounding a polyvinyl chloride resin with an anti-fogging agent comprising an adduct of a specific polyhydric alcohol ester of a fatty acid with 2,3-epoxy-1-propanol. CONSTITUTION:The title film is prepd. by compounding a polyvinyl chloride resin with 1-5wt.% anti-fogging agent comprising an adduct of 1mol of a polyhydric alcohol ester of a higher fatty acid with 0.1-2mol, pref. 0.5-1.0mol, of 2,3-epoxy-1-propanol. The ester is prepd. by reacting 1mol of a polyhydric alcohol, such as sorbitol, sorbitan, or diglyceral, with 1-2mol, pref. 1-1.5mol, of a 12-22C higher fatty acid (palmitic acid and stearic acid are the most suitable). |
