NEW MATERIAL:A vector plasmid containing a coupled promoter of a fused promoter (tac promoter) of a promoter of tryptophan operon of Escherichia coli and a promoter of lactose operon of Escherichia coli and PL promoter of lambda phage of Escherichia coli, a structural gene encoding an amino acid sequence of human manganese superoxide dismutase (human-MnSOD) and a human-MnSOD manifestation unit comprising a terminator acting in cells of Escherichia coli and manifesting human MnSOD.
