It comprises a cursor consisting of two members, upper and lower, between which an intermediate member is fitted immobile which defines with the said upper and lower members two entry passages for at least one part of the said means for attaching or tapes, the said entry passages emerging into a single exit passage, and is characterised in that the single exit passage is defined at least partially by rollers (23, 25) mounted facing each other and rotating freely on upper and lower members, and in that the means for attaching (12, 13) are repositionable adhesive tapes.
