<p>PURPOSE:To easily organize the entire configuration of edition by executing the edition while observing the displayed table of moving pictures for the representative frames of respective cuts. CONSTITUTION:A representative frame extracting device 13 extracts the cut moving picture from a moving picture random access memory 11 while referring to a cut order table 12, and a still picture display device 14 displays the representative frame picture on an edition display 15 as a still picture. While observing the displayed picture, and editor instructs the change of an order for reproducing the cut by an input device 16, and a corrector 17 reloads the information of the cut to change the reproducing order in the cut order table 12. According to the table 12, a moving picture order reproducing device 18 reproduces the moving pictures of the respective cuts stored in the memory 11 and records them to a recording medium. Thus, the edited recording medium having the desired configuration can be produced.</p> |
