PURPOSE:To synthesize musical sounds in accordance with the actual sound producing mechanism of a natural musical instrument by exciting a signal loop means in the initial stage of the start of generation of a musical sound signal. CONSTITUTION:Playing information generating means 1 and 2 supply an initial excitation control signal, which excites the signal loop means, to an exciting means 4 in the initial stage of the start of generation of the musical sound signal, and the exciting means 4 quickly performs the resonance operation in accordance with the initial excitation control signal. Thus, musical sound synthesis according with the actual sound producing mechanism of a natural musical instrument is possible, and musical sounds are quickly and surely produced in response to operation for start of sound producing. |
