PURPOSE:To allow the perfection of a drawing while correcting the data including the distortions of a partially selected region by using the data stored already as vector data in a computer system as a background and superposing and corresponding the unperfected drawing data including the exact position coordinates of a measurement point. CONSTITUTION:A means for displaying the drawing data 1 of the background and the unperfected drawing data 2 is provided and the coordinate conversion information is set by corresponding the coordinate point of the region on the drawing data 1 of the background and the coordinate point of the region on the unperfected drawing data 2. The result converted in accordance with the coordinate conversion information concerning the point on the background drawing is set within the unperfected drawing data. The partial data inputting is automatically executed within the region only by the instruction of the region to be objective and the partially different conversions are executed, by which the partial correction and change are executed.
