PURPOSE:To obtain a moving picture easy to see with the rich power of expression by enlarging/reducing segmented respective pictures to fixed size, jointing plural frames continuously with the picture as the frame and generating moving picture information. CONSTITUTION:The device for the subject method consists of an operation processor 101 to generate, to modify and to define moving picture information, a main storage device 102 to store moving picture cut data, data in processing and so on, an auxiliary storage device 110 of a magnetic disk and so on. Then, first, picture data to be used by a user as an original, picture are inputted to the computer 101 and next, it is instructed that cut is generated from the original picture. The computer 101 segments the one part of the original picture according to the instruction of the user, enlarges/reduces the segmented picture, converts it into the picture of fixed size which is equivalent to a frame and stores it. This processing is repeated for the number of times equal to the number of the frames within the cut and the cut of a moving picture is generated. Thus, the moving picture easy to see with the rich power of expression can be obtained. |
