PURPOSE:To make it possible to sufficiently cool the cooling section of a superconducting device by pressing one of thermocontacts with an elastic body toward the other thermocontact and by using insulating material to partition the inner portion of a cooling jacket. CONSTITUTION:In the first thermocontact section 21 the first thermocontact 22 is thrusted downward by an elastic thermoconductive body 25, and since a nearly constant contact surface pressure is maintained between the first and second thermocontacts 22 and 23 via a good conductive body 24, the thermal resistance between the thermocontacts does not rise. The same is true of the second thermocontact section 27, that is, the third thermocontact 28 is thrusted downward by an elastic body 32. Further, in the first and second jackets 13 and 18, the first and second partition boards 16 and 33 are installed, respectively, thereby causing no internal convection current wholly inside the first and second jackets 13 and 18 and therefore being able to protect heat from flowing into the low temperature section from the high temperature section. With this, the cooling section 3 of the superconducting device can be sufficiently cooled down. |
