摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a device by which a compact system is compose, by arranging a stocker which stores tool arid joe along a mono-rail which transfers work, and replacing the work, tool and joe by one transfer robot. CONSTITUTION:A tool 160 arranged in a tool stocker by transfer robot 220 is fed to a turret cutting tool post in case of the tool 160 necessary for the work number to be worked being not on the turret cutting tool post, with respect to a searched work 150. Then, a joe 170 arranged on a joe stocker by a transfer robot 220 is fed to a spindle chuck, in case of the joe 170 necessary for the work number being not installed to the spindle chuck. Then, the work hand installed to the arm of the transfer robot 220 is replaced with a tool hand in case of the replacement of a spare tool being necessary, and the replacement of the tool 160 is executed. And, the tool hand is returned to a work hand, a pallet is loaded, the work 150 is carried into the lathe and the processing is executed.</p>
