PURPOSE:To prevent gas generation inside a battery and decomposition and degradation of electrolytic solution so as to enable long range preservation stability to be enhanced, by adding to nonaqueous electrolytic solution a specified volume % of a compound consisting of methylacetamide or the like and/or a compound consisting of two-pyrolidone or the like. CONSTITUTION:A compound denoted by a general formula 1 and/or a compound denoted by a general formula 2 are added to nonaqueous solution by 0.5 to 5 volume %. Nextly, a negative electrode pellet 1 and a positive electrode pellet 3 are laminated with a separator 2 interposed therebetween and then disposed in a battery can 5. And than the nonaqueous solution is poured into the battery can 5, and the battery can 5 and a battery lid are crimped with a gasket 6 interposed therebetween. |
