The reaction product of a gas and a liquid, the gas being present in normal conditions in an activated form and in an amount at least 30% higher than the saturation level, in normal conditions, for the dissolution of the gas in the liquid, and that contains at least water and oxygen, is used for producing a medicament useful for the therapeutical and/or prophylactic treatment of herpes zoster, gangrene, stomatitis, eye diseases, adult-onset diabetes, torpid wounds, keratitis, radiation sickness or for support treatment in the case of irradiation with slightly ionizing radiation. It can be produced by pumping the liquid or the liquid-gas mixture in a closed circuit and (a) by drawing the gas in the form of very small bubbles into a funnel vortex and vortex line formed in the liquid and that preferably swing around their axis of rotation; and/or (b) by injecting the liquid or the liquid-gas mixture into the gas atmosphere by means of a nozzle and/or (c) by forming with the liquid-gas mixture a vortex line having a high energy of rotation in the gas atmosphere; as well as by carrying out in addition at least one of the following process steps: (d) the single or multiple repetition of at least one of the process steps: (a), (b) and (c); (e) flowing at least once through a helical tube; (f) tangentially feeding at least once the liquid-gas mixture into a cyclone type mixer filled with the liquid-gas mixture; (g) introducing gas bubbles at least once into the liquid (or treating the liquid-gas mixture) by means of a vibrator and/or pressure wave generator. |
