A harrow with a device for regulating the height of a wheel on a fixed stub axle (3). The wheel axle (3) is attached to a vertical flange (1) with a threaded bush (11), a stop (5), and horizontal bolts (10). The flange (1) slides against another plate (2) which has two vertical slots (12) in which the bolts (10) can slide. A vertical spindle (4) passes through the bush (11), and a smooth inner surfaced guide (8), and its lower end rests on the stop (5). Two back plates (9), located behind the second plate (2), provide a clamp against which the bolts (10) are tightened. USE/ADVANTAGE - The height of the wheel on the disc harrow can be adjusted smoothly.
