Conveyor with continuous belt - has return rollers, with support discs mounted on axle, support structure, and eccentric drive units

The rubber belt conveyor (1) uses a continuous rubber belt (2). These are reverse rollers (6) which have several support-discs (9-11) mounted on an axle (7). There is a support structure with integrated belt-rollers; and the eccentrically positioned drive units. The support-discs (9-11) rotate separatley and increase in dia. from the middle of the belt (8) to the outer edges (12). Each support disc (9-11) has its own bearing (15) and has holes (16,17) in it. The recess (13) in the return rollers (6) set by the support-discs (9-11) is the same size as the recess of the band rollers distributed over the length of the rubber blet (2, in the upper stringer (3). USE/ADVATAGE - The return roller is eccentrically driven and discharges goods better.
