The shower comprises a handle 1 with a shower head 2 which has an inner protuberance 3 in the form of a valve needle, a movable distributor valve 5 with a conduit 6 for the water with a countersunk entry which can be opposed to the aforesaid valve needle which has a first, widened portion 5a, an intermediate threaded portion 5b and a neck portion 5c for coupling to a shower cover 9, and also an intermediate and fixed discoidal piece 10 with a hole 11 with an inner thread 11a which can be coupled to the threaded portion 5b of the distributor valve and which also has holes 12 around its central hole 11, which holes can be closed off by the widened portion 5a of the valve 5, and also a spraying piece 15 coupled between the valve 5 and the cover 9 and in which are formed devices 16 for spraying water which are configured as rods which can be incorporated into the shower cover 9. The two water-exit positions are achieved by rotating the cover 9, i.e. the valve 5 around the fixed discoidal piece 10. <IMAGE>
