The invention refers to a system to obtain signs which essentially consists in the use of letters previously punched out or cut out, of conventional design, size and colour, which are arranged joined together by means provided at the upper or lower sides, each letter conserving in its join to contiguous ones the absolute possibility of movement. When the text is formed of several words, between each of the same there is intercalated, as a means of separation, a part which represents any symbol or object, punched out or cut out in the same manner as the letters and joined to the same in the same manner as are these latter to one another.
