The voltage transformer (8) which can be used in a medium- or high-voltage system exhibits an ohmic voltage divider (12), which is of rotationally symmetric shape, as voltage sensor. This voltage sensor can be brought into contact with a voltage-conducting part and with a part which is at earth potential of the system. The voltage transformer (8) is intended to be distinguished by high measuring accuracy even under the most varied operating conditions of the system containing it. This is achieved by the fact that the voltage sensor constructed as voltage divider (12), after being installed in the system, is arranged in a space (22) which is largely shielded against electrical fields. <IMAGE> |
