An adhesive insulating system, which can be removed non-destructively, for partition panels and partic in cars, uses a layer of undercured polyurethane or a sprayed coating of an undercured two-part mix to bond the insulation to the substrate. When a carpet is laid on the insulation, a soft and primarily open-pore de-bonding material is used between the heavy layer of the insulation and the carpet.
