PURPOSE:To achieve a smaller size of a sensor and a higher efficiency of manufacture by forming rims between the undersurface of a solid electrolyte and a heater plate and parts making an electrically conducting path derived from a circuit all by an electroconductive paste printing together with other circuit printings. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 2 are printed on both sides of a solid electrolyte 1 and a cap 3 is joined at an upper end rim of the electrolyte 1. An electroconductive paste is printed from the a lower end 4a of the electrolyte 1 to the top surface 4e thereof passing through a side rim 4c of the electrolyte and the side rim 4d of the cap 3 to provide a lead 4. A heater circuit 7 is provided at the center of the top surface of a heat resistant ceramic plate 6 for heaters and a lead 4b is build at an end rim of a heater plate 8 as conducting path of a lead portion thereof by printing a metal paste. The leads 4a and 4b are put together and sides thereof make a part of the conducting path. A gas path 11 is provided intermittently on the periphery of the heater plate 8 and an end thereof is joined tight to a part which is printed by the electroconductive paste with the end of a sensor 5 body. The joining thereof is accomplished by baking using a ceramic paste mixed with a metal powder. |
