<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a bottle from falling-down positively, in a bottle falling- down preventing device on a bottling line, by installing a bottle retainer in line along a carrier line so that it can move, and controlling starting and the speed of the bottle retainer by the number of bottles to be delivered which is calculated from the rotational number of a filler and the detecting signal of bottles on the carrier line. CONSTITUTION:A width guide controlling part 11 computes the number of bottles 1 to be delivered to a second carrier line 4 by a filler rotational number signal S1 inputted from a rotation sensor 8. By this, the width guide controlling part 11 controls the width of a width guide 10 according to the number of bottles. A bottle retainer controlling part 7 computes the top position of the bottle by a detecting signal S2 from a bottle sensor 9, and calculates an initial setting position and the moving speed of the bottle retainer 5 from the top position and the number of the bottles computed. Based on the results, a bottle retainer driving mechanism 6 is started and controlled.</p> |
