摘要

System for detection and counting of the bacteria Pseudomonas putida KT2440. A system based on the use of monoclonal antibodies against the said bacteria produced in mice and the development of the bacteria/monoclonal antibody complex using antibodies marked with fluorochromes or peroxidase. Its use is appropriate for the monitoring and counting of Pseudomonas putida KT2440 in diverse ecosystems into which the bacteria may have been introduced as a vehicle for decontamination of toxic organic compounds.
